Havens of Westcliff, near Southend on Sea Essex was established in 1901 as a specialist retailers of China Tableware, Crystal Glass and Gift Shop.

Today the business is more than a China and Glass shop as Beauty Products, Perfume and Cosmetics, Jewellery, Bedding, Housewares and Kitchenware have been added, turning the Shop in to a retail variety department store - and now globally available online.

Havens is still very much a family business. The current Directors are Graham, Nigel and Paul Havens all of whom play a day to day role.

With over 10,000 square feet of selling space on three floors Havens provides an unrivalled assortment of quality items for the home and as gifts
